we have 3 captain's classes: Exo Scout, Templar Chaplain and Naval Veteran
all of them have special abilities to help other templars in team, but only Exo Scout captain has his 'own' class ability - as all exo scouts - he have first move forward for free.
problem is that Chaplain and Naval Veteran lacks those abilities.
Naval Veteran could be Veteran Soldier but what about Chaplain?
