Cory, just want to first congratulate you on a great game. I took the plunge for Elite within a few days of trying the free version - hope more people support you by going Elite 
I'm playing a Thulun Captain who's currently level 15, rank 14 (Dragoon Elite Adept) and a Star Hero (+128 reputation with House Thulun, was as high as 132) in year 103.32. I'm unable to claim the Hero of the Stars award despite playing on the Demanding difficulty level. Is it a bug or am I missing something?
I had a similar issue with the Big Tent award as well - which only required a positive reputation with all 6 factions after year 64. I couldn't claim the award for a while until I managed to pump my reputation with Clan Javat (my worse relating faction) to +10. Is there a typo in terms of the requirements or am I missing something?
