If you work in a zone that suddenly develops high heat, when you leave the zone the heat travels with you. Bug or Feature?

Well, traveling in, doing work against, hanging out, backroom, etc will all generate heat in a hot zone at a much higher rate than without the rumor.
So yes, in a way the heat follows you after the zone. However, the hot zone doesn't add directly to the absolute heat of the zone.
