Have things been changed on purpose so that F2 no longer can attain dex == body +2 ?
If not, I have a bug. My Body is 3, but I cannot raise my dex beyond 3 (says +BODY).

Nope, no changes in that code for several months. I'll go look to see if i can find anything to help explain.
Have a screenshot of the character stats so I can run the math? Thanks

Ath 4
Brawling 0
Dex 4
Stealth 4
Firearms 4
Mind 2
Int 2
Electronics 1
Hacking 0
Percept 2
Neg 2
Intimidate 2
Trying to raise dex, says +BODY

Tried this with an old knight. She had Body 5 and Dex 8. I raised her Body to 7, but am still getting +BODY for raising dex.

elect 4
hacking 1
negotiate 5
