Sometimes when you are walking in a zone you get a rumour that just shows up, like an encounter. It would be nice if the text of that rumour ended up on your computer rumour screen.

Also, right now I have yet to hear the rumour that the phones do not work in the Tobin Street slums, but I have been there, and they don't work. It would be nice if that information could be captured somewhere, too.

maybe we could also hack 'Rumors' from the 'Matrix'...
so that it's not just [Pay-Data] that we're after?



you "run something" in the background as you hack the Matrix,
then when you are done collecting paydata...



when you leave the terminal...
you get a [% chance to see a "New Rumor Toast"] ?

Not the direction we're going, but similar to the core mechanic that we're building out.
