I did 3 message deliveries for him. Then he moved me to package deliveries/package pickup and deliver. Or so he said. But after 2 jobs he was all set to send me to Los V Tunnels. And the 2 jobs were the plain old message delivery ones. So if you want to give novices the full experience of what jobs can be offered, I think they need to stick on that rung slightly longer. Having more package deliveries proportionally might be an improvement, though 2 jobs is such a small number that it is hard to make any generalisations based on that small a sample size.

grävling - its a balance act and there is randomness in there. I have cleared certain rungs of Flynn's ladder in two jobs as well if I get extremely lucky on the Reputation rolls when the job completes. I will look at stretching out the ladder a little, but not much, as it gets repetitive fast to have only the same type of job to the same regions.

But I think as it stands in 0.9.11 we have an slight error on the side of 'not enough repetition' -- enough being such that you are likely to experience the sort of job he is offering. 2 opportunities to get a pick up and deliver seems too short to me -- that is all.

Thanks ... you got lucky and got 2 contracts with +3 Reputation. I will stretch it a bit longer, but that means that some characters may have to complete 6 or 7 contracts in that range in order to advance.

I am experiencing the opposite - I've been playing underground for 3 real/our time days, been told by mallor, Flynn, & Mercer that I am ready to go up to surface, but still have no way to do so. Been told I'd go up when rep high enough and am doing assassination jobs. Ive been doing that for the better part of 3 real days - not game days, and my rep has completely filled the rectangle with green bars for just as long. I cannot find a way to find out what my rep with Fennians is - only with the enemy territories. Please fix it so we have a way to check the numerical value of our rep in friendly territory, especially when the green bars fill up the box! Why have I not yet been able to go to the surface? All of my stats are above 5 in every category. I've already gone to Black Row, blew a enemy territory up, killed Whitey and all his lackeys, done all Mallor wanted and he left, spent hours (all day real time) after that running many more errands, captures, & assassinations, sleep little usung stimms and crammers so rep with Fenns doesn't drop, evade confrontations except sometimes when an innocent is being attacked, win all fights of all types - never fail or die, but if someone attacked me when avoid or evade doesn't work, sometimes I escaped instead of fighting, but rarely. When I fight, I use either the electric glove or the BlastGun so only knock out vs. kill so less heat. So why is it taking so long? This is very boring repetitivenes! I don't like repetitively being told I'm ready to go up, but it never happens! Am I doing something wrong? Is this a glitch? BTW, the game force closes everytime I try to sell anything to any weapon shop. This needs to be fixed. I am using Samsung Galaxy 3, android. If you need more info about my phone, I know how to look it up, just don't know off the top of my head. I am playing the Elite version of the g ame, and the beta version. For exact build, I'd have to look that up, too, but don't mind doing so. Please help what you can to answer my q's, and I happy to answr yours to help with Beta and also to get answrs. Love the game, very fun. Thank you very much, I appreciate your help!

1. To check your rep in friendly territory press the faction flag. In enemy territory, press the faction flag and then 'Politics' -- scroll to the faction you want to check your rep with.
You need to get approval from Luka, Mercer and Flynn to leave., You are way overdue. Check that none of them have more things they want from you, but my guess is that you already got your approval but back-arrowed out of the conversation or double-tapped the conversation or something. Head to BigDig taxi and see if there is one waiting for you to take you to the NBZ already.,
Let us know if this does not work, as looks like you found a bug in that case.
Good luck,

Also, be warned that when you get to the NBZ your rep with Los V will be such that you will not be able to wait for them to forgive your past. You will have to do jobs for them if you want to get on their neutral or good side. Tuckmore's Saloon in Roxbury Crossing is a good source of rep building jobs for Los V. The pay is lousy, though and the Los V gangers will try to kill you every change they get until your rep is significantly better. Fortunately you ought to be very good at killing Los V gangers by now, and should have plenty of money from your time in the tunnels.
For building up rep with a faction that hates you it helps to avoid fights. When you get fights, it helps to stealth exit out of them after you are victorious. Using non-lethal weaponry on the gangers makes them hate you less, and give you less heat, but at the heat level you will be carrying it won't matter mso much. And if you can get a 3 or 4 job computer, it will make the task of gaining LosV rep a whole lot easier.
Best of Luck!

Flynn gives his OK to go to the surface when you reach 50 reputation with Fennian. After that you have to speak with Luka. You have to tell her you have gotten an implant. Then you have to check with Mercer, who asks whether you are ready to go surface. If you say yes, then you have to go back to Luka for the final dialogue and verification. After that, you can get a cab to the NBZ.
Note that if you are in the habit of using the BACK key of the phone to escape discussions, there was a bug for a while that you could escape a discussion which needs a response, and break the story (the dialogue would not reappear). The bug has supposedly been fixed.

account_disabled - welcome to the forum! The force close at the Pawn shop is now fixed in the latest release on Google Play, but it isn't available yet on Amazon (soon!). From your description, you've been ready to go to the NBZ for a while and you just need to talk to a few chummers. 1. Have you asked Frederic "What's next?" 2. Have you called Luka? 3. Have you called Mercer? 4. Can you visit the Big Dig Taxi and see if they are offering you a ride up top?

The bad versions (0.9.13 and 0.9.15) never made it to Amazon.
