Been hard at work on new features for TA including renaming your Templar Knights to personalize your squad. Also adding the ability to recruit new Templars into your existing squads.
The maximum Battleforce will consist of - 4 Scouts - 4 Soldiers - 4 Heavies - 4 Command
Command will include the upcoming Berserker unit and Templar Chaplains, but not the Captain.

YES YES .. renaming squad!
Does this mean you could potentially have 4x command units in the same map?

What about fallen soldiers? It would be nice to have an option to remove them so I don't have to work around them...
Be nice to still compare their kill numbers to existing squad members but I don't necessarily need them when selecting a squad.

How about Rogue Templar Knights as enemies... They look similar to you (perhaps recolour them) and have Templar weaponry.

How about stealth missions where all you use is hand to hand or develop ninja armor or a stealth mech. Who knows what's possible.

Narvidian cultists in Red powered armor! Or better, mind control chipped Templars. Think what the Chaplain would say about that!

I hope this is the appropriate thread for suggestions. It would be nice if during battle we could bring up each squad member's stats and gear. I have difficulty remembering who I've made the ranged and melee specialists. Thanks.

Oh man, looks like I gotta boot up TA again.
If I may suggest a slight idea for if/when you implement recruiting new knights. Maybe make a "wall" section that is a nested menu for your squad, have all dead Templars appear on it. It could list missions gone on, kills, and any other fun stats like that. Maybe equipped gear? Either way, it would make it pretty fun to continue with one squad as you could keep track of all those custom recruits that (hopefully) won't be dying too much.
