1. Why don't Cyber Knights wear hats/helmets?
2. Hardheads has a lot of Dodge: -something armor. So maybe when you enter the place you could get a 1 time conversational option.
I see you sell hard armor. Doesn't it limit your mobility and your ability to Dodge attacks?
Then this could be explained more, and it could be mentioned that there are some even more expensive hard armours which improve your dodge ability. Not for sale here, of course, and cannot provide nearly the Ballistic or Deflection protection you can get out of standard hard armour ....
