Very nice review Justin! I almost think we need a more sizzly trailer for the game after reading the review! I'm pondering on how it could be tweaked. Can't wait until the 5th though - MUST-BUY-THE-GAME  (note, that's a command to myself, but feel free to make it apply to you as well) |

dayan - it is never something I have imagined in our games, for lots of reasons. File size being a big one, but the most important being our style of constant updates. The freedom to add new text, dialogs, and subquests in short order would be cramped by voice acting imho.

That makes sense, but I didn't mean EVERY conversation. Just major plot points OR simple in-game prompts. Like Kain's cries of "VAE VICTUS!" or laughing when he killed in Legacy of Kain, or things like "GO FOR THE EYES BOO!" from Baldur's Gate. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ozv1RcQJAHA |

zagrashExcellent write up! If I was a shopper looking for a new game. The review would definitely catch my interest. You didn't cut the game any slack, which makes it more believable. There are allot of apps/games out there when you look at the description, You think Wow! this looks really cool. After you buy, then you realize it was just fluff.

I don't know if I'd say I didn't cut the game any slack, it's just that there were so few things that really struck me as "off". And, in typical Trese Brother's fashion, fallen contacted me almost immediately to talk about what they could improve. These guys are awesome, right? I tried to be fair, even though I'm a fan of the other games. I still felt like I was gushing a bit at times though. I'm just like everybody else though, I can't wait to play through the rest of the game! |

I think the ability to draw hands is what defines a good 2D artist from a great 2D artist ... Trying hard in the new art for the sorcerer character!  |

fallen You're definitely getting better. Either way, I think you can, already, draw better than that woman back in 1994. Considering that she was selling art at the time, that should tell you something right there. IE You can probably sell your own art too Also, that particular drawing we talked about in private, only someone who is able to draw faces quite well can do such a representation. I wish I could draw. *sigh* rabid
