Okay that makes sense. They did start above ground too. I guess what I'm really wondering is how anyone tells time underground.

dayan - the constant gloom in the underdeep, the abnormal low light glow actually ebbs and flows along with the day and night. So, it does get brighter at noon and darker at night. No one knows why.

had some trouble trying to vote, was only able to give 4 1/2 stars. wanted to give 5. I try later from a different pc/phone and do a multiple vote attack!
