no I was 1 au away from home and no the battle just restarted some how and surender gets me killed lol I have -200 to -300 rep with them because of their trade embargo with cadar and jervet (sorry if I spelled that wrong)

can't surrender with only 1 HP. The enemy captain tends to beat you with an ugly stick just once. If you are on 1 HP, you die in captivity  |

You may have some settings turned on that are causing the game to restart. I can probably help you fix the phone if you give me the version and device  |

no the game didnt restart just the battle, its probably the autosave feature I went from middle of the battle to the begining after I closed the app and did some other stuff it just fully closed the app
