Problem in TA - captain has a large caliber multi-shot bringer of death that he uses as his primary weapon. It's an extra-range Devastator, with a standard capacity of 16 rounds. The rest of the scout squad with him also has this weapon (very nice by the way).
If a relic ammo kit is applied, then all squad members get an extra 8 rounds, but captain gets nothing. nada. nyet. zilch.
This has changed from umm ... I think .27 or so.

Speaking of ammo, doom sheild has 1 ammo. Its a shield, not a gun so I'm assuming this is a bug

Noticed recently that relic ammo only boosted one of four weapons in my squad. It worked on the Long Devastator, but not on whatever my commander was using (think it was the heavy needler), nor did it work on the plasma incinerator or the heavy neptune.
Edit to add: this is on a Nexus 7, current version, hard difficulty, exo scout leader... not sure if there's anything else I need to add there.

It looks like this isn't documented anywhere. It was really added to help balance out the Neptune and Hydra. I'll do some more testing and either add support for the Captain and either way update the documentation.

I don't mind the specialist weapons not getting ammo boosts, but the standard ones should be covered (including Hydra soldiers carrying, say, Devastator guns).

Yup, saw it was fixed - I think it got fixed in 4.3.7 or so. Very happy
