It's telling me there's an update, but when I click on it it is showing the 9.21 page :-(

I've had this several times before, I don't think it's region specific, (I'm in Bangkok,) but more likely just a bug with Google Play. I closed the app, cleared it's cache and it worked fine for me when I started it up again.

Try ending the process or clearing it's data, hope this helps if it happens again!
