If you work your rep up to 50+ Flynn will say that you are ready for the NBZ -- keep working for me if you like but we know you should be going top-side by now. This is the case even if you haven't finished off Shady Dusty and his gang yet. When you finish him off, and tell Flynn that Mallor thinks you should go topside -- well Flynn now wants to tell you to get above 40 points, and that you are only close.
I think the above 40 points talk needs to be one of the 'What next?' talks so they will be sure to arrive in the correct order.
Then 'Mallor says I should go topside' is a conversation you can have with Luka, or Mercer instead of Flynn.

Seems like this might explain some of the issues we are having as people get stuck getting to the NBZ? Would you agree that at some point, Flynn should just switch over to responding to "What's Next?" with a "You need to work with Mallor, punk."

I'd already talked to Mercer and Luka and the taxi was supposed to be there (but I never checked). Then went to finish the job with Shady and then went to Big Dig looking for out -- but the taxi was not going to the NBZ then. I will check this later as a way to not get a taxi out. |

It may be unexpected to you, but if you are a baby CK who wants more gear before taking on a group -- and whose job mix is heavy on package deliveries that pay poorly but generate good rep improvements and stat improvements -- well it is a natural outcome. I was unwilling to take on the group without training my sniper in +3 brawl, have natural AP of 6, the 900Y armour jacket from Tunnel Guns, and be able to shop at Black Row for shock gloves and a Twitch Carbine, and buy stage 1 badger skin dermal implants. If Escort/Capture/Assinate Missions are very low for you, you may indeed get to +50 before you feel ready to leave, gear-wise to take on a gang. Will check later to see if this is a problem. |

Made another Knight, again finished off Shady after getting 50+ rep, and this time the taxi to the NBZ was there. So I fear it is 2 interactions that need to be done and delaying on Shady is only one of them. I will continue to investigate.

I had 52 rep, didn't kill shady and even lied to Luka about having cyber parts and still got a taxi out the tunnels.

I have met up with the necessary requirements. I currently have 101 experience. still there is no taxi to nbz. flynn has told me to depart. I lost our on the conversation with luca, please someone help

I lost our on the conversation with luca, please someone help Ow, this looks bad. Flynn is telling you 'why are you still here?' and there is no taxi to NBZ from Big Dig? What version are you running? What is your phone, and its OS version? This doesn't look good. |

he says he is running 9.21 which is bad news as the fix went in 9.19. But I suggested an update anyway, see if talking to Flynn will fix this.

sammzy47 - can you post your Fennian Reputation? XP is not the trigger to go top-size. If you have 75+ Fennian Reputation, he should tell you to go straight to the Big Dig Taxi and they should have a dialog block there to take you top-side. Can you comment on these three steps (Reputation, what Flynn says to you, and what you see at the Big Dig Taxi?)
