Alright, I unlocked both Ships of Power and Ships of Honor (easier than I expected it would be), and looked in the military section for "rank ships"... And nothing. Thinking maybe I had to start a new game, I did, and nothing. Even got up to military rank 20 in Cadar and went to the capital and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

The Ships of Honor are the Honor of Thulun/Javat/Steel.
The Ships of Power are the Pride of Cadar/Rychart/De Valtos
Only 1 level of rank is required to buy them.

Yes, but where do you find them? Cory posted elsewhere that they're under "military" and "rank ships". I don't show that option on my screen.

They should definitely be found in the "Rank ship" section of the Military base.
For Syndicates, you'll see the "Pride of [syndicate]"
Pride of Cadar
Pride of De Valtos
Pride of Rychart
For Houses, you'll see
"Honor of [house]"
Honor of Thulun
Honor of Javat
Honor of Steel Song

Oh crap - sorry, I didn't see it was the IOS version. I haven't got my ipad here to check for you sorry - hopefully one of the other people here might be able to assist.
Weird though that there are no options there at all - not even options for repair or re-arm.

Oh no! It's a bug I think ... I see the problem.
If it can't be fixed without a code change, I will fix in the release tonight.
