- In the Spy War descriptions, it's not clear that aiding one side gives penalties with the other side. Common sense, though, maybe. And the toast when you participate in a Spy War makes this clearer.
- ...except the toast is missing the crucial word "vs." or "against" before the Faction name you have offended.
- Dry Dock button should grey out (again) if a (previously non empty) Dry Dock is now empty, due to the sale of a ship.
- I only seem to be able to Dismiss an Officer when we are in space, not when we're on a planet (the button is not greyed out, but it does not respond to clicks]. This seems a bit harsh...

I'm with you on the officer thing. Dismiss the poor dudes planetside! Even a magma world is better than deep space.
Now, if you want to get into the subject of disloyal officers, then you want to be able to space 'em. Heck, you could even have a reputation shift depending on your hiring and firing locales.

"Officers take shuttles which are only meeting them in Deep Space."
AKA -- the deep space map is the only "safe" place to make that type of state change. Otherwise, you'd dismiss the First Mate and until you undock, he still gives you advice.
It would reported as a bug all the time and it takes a lot of energy to explain things like that to new players. I will try to fix.

Screw that. Just attach a Wilhelm Scream to the "Dismiss" button.

I like to lure my unwanted Political Officers into an empty torpedo tube by leaving some spice in there...
