Titanium backup seems to do all the right stuff with no struggle, just a note for those who are running into trouble ...

My phone is not rooted and I can't seem to find any Cyber Knight or Trese files. I have used two file managers with "show hidden files" ticked. Ummmm... not knowing how Android works I would have thought that the files would have been visible even without rooting.

You cannot access application files without root access, and an application cannot create files outside of root access without a ton of extra permissions.

(I've rooted phones in the past and I'm familiar with the unix file system for navigating them)
As a general thought though for those of us who do not want to void our warranties or root our phones for security purposes, is it possible to create an import/export option that will save files to the sdcard mount where everyone has access?
I lost my cyberknight recently due to a phone replacement (glad I didn't void that warranty afterall, heh) and I would like to prevent it from happening again. My thought process on this is like a beetnik writer, (1. import/export could be effectively used as a 'save game' feature, rendering higher difficulties pointless) (2. people can cheat, but they can do that with a rooted phone and a hex editor anyway) (3. people just have to challenge themselves by not cheating and keep the game fun for them. ) (4. If someone buys the app because they want to cheat their way into godmode, is that exactly a bad thing? They still bought it) (5. Hmm, elite only imo).
