Can I resume it if I choose abort mission and return to campaign selection screen?
and will it remove finishing bonus?

If you abort the mission from inside the mission then you can retry that mission. Meaning you don't lose your campaign process.
If you abort campaign from the campaign screen then you will lose your campaign progress. Meaning you will have to restart the campaign from the beginning.
As far as I know you will lose any finishing bonus if you abort the campaign, you'll have to do the entire thing over again in order to get it for that campaign.

What, there is a finishing bonus?  ... each level within the campaign gives you XP and Honor. Also, you may get hidden items. Aborting the campaign after completing a level will not remove any of that. |

Your "finishing bonus" for a campaign is just a nice fat check at the end of the last level.
