TA Consolidated list where level end fails

Here is a single place to list all levels that don't seem to be able to be completed, even after achieving objectives.

Fixed #TA-1120 and #TA-1121 as well as many other broken levels! Found a major bug in the victory condition code that was accidentally introduced last week.

Tutorial Exterminate mission still doesn't work - even with latest version. Tried three times with trial version and once with ful version (bought it yesterday)

@evil - did your Templars walk all the way south to the bottom of the egg rooms? You have to trigger a dialog in each area where there are eggs to be able to win. We are getting a lot of feedback that this is still confusing, so we are going to work on a more dynamic, smart solution that detects the eggs being dead.
