Hi,
I just completed Cava's job catalogue and have taken the V-chip for McCougan, Cava says up your rep before calling McCougan, I got my Fenanin rep to over 200 but McCougan still "isn't ready to talk" is it possible to talk to him at this stage of the game or do I continue else where and come back later in the game?

Sorry I just saw the answer to my question in another post - "McCougan doesn't respond in this release" - all good off to Brave Star it is then!

When Cory or Fallen have written dialogs for McCoogan, the release will say something like 'Extended Fennian Ladder' or somesuch. In the meantime, we just have to be patient.
