First off - Thanks for the great game. Would it be possible to have a 'Take All' button on looting cargo? I know this is lazy, but I am ok with that  |

first off, you're not being lazy what you are asking for makes total sense.
My Captain is known to shout things like "Enslave the Crew! Take Everything! Burn the Rest, Scuttle This Derelict and Move OUT!"
It is much less epic if he has to shout "Take the Vudka. Take the Metals. Take the Records. Oh yah, take the Spice too. Oh and don't forget the Water-Fuel, we'll need that."

What happens if you hit take all and you don't have room for everything. How do you decide what goes and what stays?

Having a take all button on any screen where you are exploring/harvesting/looting makes sense to me...
