Military-grade standard utility shuttle for Cadar's navy. Usually armed with a turret or fixed weapons and features a pair of oversized engines, allowing easy boost to orbit. However its lack of wings makes for poor low altitude and low speed performance outside its hover mode provided by six vertical thrusters. The shuttle's normal crew is two with folding seating for an additional ten. The payload bay is modular, allowing for a wide variety of additional roles, from cargo and personnel ferry to electronic warfare jammer to ELINT

The standard patrol cruiser is designed to operate on its own or in task forces during larger engagements. Militarized cruisers feature boosted armor and heavier defensive weaponry as well as a pair of ventral shuttle bays in the wasp waist section amidships. Standard compliment can vary from commercial to military version, series, and refit histories but usually around 40 to 50 for commercial ships and double that for military, not including marine compliment. Offensive weapons in military cruisers also vary but typically include at least four torpedo tubes and heavy guns mounted in wing tip fittings.

Templar Spear Cutter- the Gray and Red number from the game: The Cutter has three decks, a twin shuttle bay, cargo and vehicle ramps and retractable docking collars. Weapons come in the form of quad torpedo tubes along the forward centerline and retractable dorsal and ventral guns in the wedge-shaped section forward of the bridge.

I've always sort of imagined this ship as made for ramming. Is the front part specially reinforced to bludgeon its way through enemy hulls?

I've always sort of imagined this ship as made for ramming. Is the front part specially reinforced to bludgeon its way through enemy hulls? In my minds it, eye it much taller of a ship, and the front part has a "spear tip" shape so it is more of a <. Yes, for ramming

I could mention it now that the entire ship is optimized for ramming attacks, with Hyperion superstructure, rib-strut reinforced prow with double wedge forcastle and most of the automation they do have in the forward section. I'm not making a deck diagram, but there wouldn't be much more than cargo space and service corridors and crawlways forward of the bridge. Its also why the draught of the ship (height) is fairly shallow. It is essentially a flying sword.

Thanks. I'm going through my own art grinder- I think every artist does. I can't guarantee that level of quality or detail in the comic itself but I'll at least try to be consistent.

+1 Dayan. Did I mention I love ship schematics?
Those Cadar are military? Pirates? Mercenaries? Possibly all of the above?
