Toast Log

I'm getting better at catching toasts now that I've been playing for a while, but a toast log that allowed you to read a toast you saw but didn't quite finish reading would be handy. It would be nice if it included both real and Star Trader Date/time stamps.

definitely a feature we will add if we replace the Android OS toasts system with a custom one.
