This has been bugging me for a while..
When you have a trade permit with the faction using surrender on it's pirates actually acknowledges them, but it still says surrender so i have to check if i have the permit and use the confirmation button, which gets really annoying when you are going through friendly sectors with damaged sail and get tons of non-hostile encounters.
TL;DR: Replace 'surrender' with friendly pirates with 'acknowledge'
