Like Any of the options listed. Makes squad play much more interesting. I think it would be hilarious for slayernz to start a new squad and find his lame duck soldier getting all of the bonus xp.
If that were the case, unfortunately the soldier would have an "unfortunate accident rendering him unable to continue because he is in 1873 pieces".
