So i was wondering how high can your mp be cause i just had my guy do 11 stims and his max mp.is now 29

There are plans for a system called "Body Stress" that would kick in here ... but it is not done.

So i was wondering how high can your mp be cause i just had my guy do 11 stims and his max mp.is now 29 That isnt so wise an idea, because the next time you get nailed with a terrorist attack, or toxic gases, you will lose pretty much all of your exess over 8 or 9 no matter what you started with. So it gets expensive. |
