For a taste of immesion, could the encounters include named cyber knights and runners hired to whack us?
With high heat, negative rep, wouldn't factions be hiring them in a contract?
Could be difficulty related(normaland up) , using the runners and knights not currently in the players network.
Plus, they would be more difficult with mods based on difficulty and player level (total skill points )
