Sailing damage.

Took a commission at Goldhaven Naval Fort to kill a criminal at open sea about (9,12) in the same sector. The sky was clear when I left town and only sailed in shallow water. When I arrived I had lost 7 of 15 sails and 5 crew. Needless to say, the criminal was able to escape. 

I am playing demanding difficulty.

Some more balancing coming in the next release.

Watch the wind -- if you're sailing carefully you should have very little sail damage and no crew loss.
