Food and gun powder skidees will only let You buy up to Your Max cargo. Then the amount you can buy decreases each time You buy.

This is the result of your Crew being able to store some Hold items at less than 1::1 ... for example, 6 Powder Kegs is 1 Cargo Unit. I'm fixing the sliders so they are smart about it and you won't notice  |
