At many ports, the commission ship list has double entries for the same ship. I examined all the stats but couldn't detect a difference.

There aren't that many ships in AoP so it does generate duplicates.
If we get the ship count up, it will reduce it.
If it stays an issue we can try to add some type of duplicate avoidance.

I figgered it wouldn't be fully fleshed out in release. I did capture an ice demon ship.
My pimp azz ship, with fuzzy dice on the mast, was way better. I mean, FUZZY DICE.
