Ok. I'm a liar. I started doing commissions. I noticed that my 2k rep gave me wayyyy more silver than my 300 rep with caldari. But had a couple issues.

1) being given commissions that I can't complete. Towns with negative rep won't let me access docks, castle, market. If the commission is not the tavern, it's an auto fail. Hard to remember who hates me. They pretty much all do

You can't while you are accepting commissions. I accept them only from rheusland. I know I have 2k rep. But no way to check target cities.
