added Cannon not using powder

Starting with the fluyt, 1 long cannon.
Added 4 long cannon mod.
Fired once and ran. Only 1 powder was consumed.
An additional question. Are they doing damage? I'm not sure I can determine that.

I think its not a one for one. I think its several cannons to each ammo consumed.
