What the Controls Mean AoP briefing

I'm getting tired of seeing this every time I start a new captain.

Can we have a 'skip' button like in CK?

Also this bit where the head moves to the right and then the left of the screen -- this works when the heads belong to different people, but when you are only being addressed by one person it is a bit disorienting. Just pick left or right and stick with it, if only one person is addressing you.
