No little green 'you are here' symbol shows up if you want to sail there. If you are port there, and leave to see your ship is not shown.

I *just* see the bottom of the green marker when I target Bethesda on my Galaxy S3.
I already thought it was funny that "Bethesda" is just barely surviving in the game world, but now that it's not even on the map for the Trese Brothers, that's just hilarious!
Maybe too many visiting captains went "Fus Ro Da!" and blew Bethesda off the map?

Yeah, I've reported this before. All the ports on the north side of any map, including if your ship is there, the map marker gets blocked by the background border around the sector map.
