I cannot see how to do it.
I have managed to capture a pirate sloop and I like it a whole lot better than my starter Fluyt. Problem is that my starter Fluyt was loaded down with gold I was bringing to a shortage, and I would like to take this with me. I cannot figure out how. I can transfer from the Pirate to the the Fluyt, but not the other way, it seems??
What am I missing?

I'm not sure. I'll investigate.
There might be another thread on the forum that's working around to being of the same topic.
Let me wait and see if we can find out if they're connected.

I can transfer from the Pirate to the the Fluyt, but not the other way, it seems?? Can you describe in more detail? What do you mean when you say you can't? When you're in the Cargo screen after victory, sliding from Your Hold to Other Hold (sorry, don't remember if these are correct names off the top of my head) will move your goods into the ship you want to capture. In other words, just move the slider in the opposite direction compared to when you are looting. Note that you are still limited by the target ship max cargo size.

Will try moving the other way when I next get a chance, but the thing that was confusing me was the message you get.
I am taking new ship, leaving old ship but the message says that goods not moved to old ship will be lost.

It is certainly not working the way we need it to be for the game to be popular.
Working on it.
