Nice work with the fixes, thanks for keeping us informed.
The Water-Fuel/Water-Tank transfer at drydock fix reminded me that there's also a problem with transfer being made in space after battle or in exchange. For example: I've 50 cargo space and a water tank. I've purchased 50 tons of cargo and then try to buy 25 tons of water-fuel but I can't. I have to sell for example 3 tons of cargo, then buy 3 tons of fuel, and again 3 tons and again... up to 25, then buy the cargo back.

At the best spice bar on Cadar UTF the young smuggler captain Snuggles McSnugglypants looked up as his first mate appeared. He was a bit bleary-eyed from too much spice, and still looked terribly depressed.
"Captain, I know you were distraught at how easy it was to make money on shortages, and I know you swore you'd spend the rest of your life drinking in the Spice Bar on Cadar because there was no point in evading the Cadar pickets any more if credits were so easy to get. But I feel like the universe has changed, let's try just one more run," begged Ol' Turdlip.
A few weeks travel to the world of the Kalflange Nomads and one huge spice delivery later . . . .
"You did it Captain! We're getting a transmission from the planet. They say you imported so much spice that there's no longer a shortage! Oh, and we're richer too, 200k in our bank accounts now."
A huge smile appeared on Snuggles's face. At last, the age of easy and legal free money was over. Once again the world was a harsh, and sometimes even harsher, place for all. Once again the less-than-legal options he so loved were attractive again.
Grinning fiercely, limbs in frantic motion as he punched up coordinates and twaddled the engines (which do occasionally need twaddling), the captain looked over his bridge crew for a brief moment, "Make ready a course for Cadar UTF Turdlip, we've got an ban on metals to break!"
{or, in shorter words, "Thanks Cory" -abs}

jerry - No one said that when you put in that fuel tank expansion that it was going to be in a convienient location for accessability... For example, ever since I was caught on De Valtos Prime during a clothing shortage in desperate need of a gun harness... don't ask where I keep my blaster these days.

I did my best to balance out the profit levels for the different classes with the limits on shortages and smugglers. It should be easy to make between 40K and 400K on a good run (as Smuggler) and similar amounts for a 5-set of successful Bounty Hunter contracts in Elite (55-90K each)

Do you get a rep bonus for breaking a shortage? You ought to.
Breaking shortages is hella cool.

You get tons of money and a temporary discount at the exchange with the merchants, but no Faction reputation.

If I break a vudka or a spice shortage, I want free drinks at the Spice Hall! Maybe a nice handwritten thank you card from the Prince...
