Uist has ships rations for sale for 4c, i.e. 1c less than the supposed minimum price. Luxury Provisions are being traded at 16 c, 2c less than the supposed min.Can other things modify the price, i.e. my Haggling skill of 17?

My script is giving the wrong results for Journals. Looks like 600 is not the base price, but something a whole lot smaller.
Cory, can you look at the script and let me know what base prices have changed? Or if the logic is wrong somehow else, let me know what is up?
