I think I can answer that.
By sleep, I assume you mean the semi-dormant period where you code slower than usual and don't talk.
I usually use that configuration in the late evening, between 3AM and 9AM Pacific time.
My chair is very comfortable and I sleep pretty well. I just dim the monitors and I usually put the keyboard on my lap.
But I do sleep, every single night, just like every one else.

I assume you're kidding, unless you turned yourself into a cyber knight and hence don't need the basic necessities of us 'humans'.
