One of the improvements is a toast when somebody new enters the room. The problem is, for me, on my phone this isn't an improvement at all. It takes _forever_ for the toasts to show up. If I am just filling up the room, by having a drink, then listening, then having a drink ... and not mashing the buttons at all, waiting for listen to grey out, then drinking .... well, I end up quickly being 4, 5 even 6 toasts 'behind'. So, if you are waiting for somebody to show up, it is faster, several orders of magnitude faster to just scroll the room and see who showed up rather than wait for the toast. Changing the toasts from 'long duration' to 'short duration' didn't help things much (or at all).
So when the person you wanted to see gets there, and you try to talk to him, the toasts keep showing up, making it hard or impossible to read what he is saying. One fix would be to be patient and wait for the toasts to get done their business, but I don't like this solution. I would like a user settable option to not have these toasts at all in the first place.
Would this be hard to do?

grävling - I think we are planning on a more complete fix for that problem than to just disable the toasts! Stay tuned as we keep ripping up interfaces to better the game. Thanks for the feedback!

Ok, but if you do put something like this in -- I quite like the 'the VIP room is full' message. It's just the arrivals messages I would prefer to live without. But when you hear a new rumour -- _that's_ something I would like to be able to read on the spot as it happens, without having to leave the VIP room.
