Is it necessary to have an active network connection to continue game or select one of my squads?
I'm asking because if i try to pick one of these options ("continue" or "your squads") via the main menu with no network connection - I receive a "google play error" message, but if I create a new squad, start the game, then pick "abort level" button, I get to the campaign screen and to the squad selection screen (if I tap "back" again) which I couldn't access directly from the main menu.

after establishing a network connection and using these options everything works normally even when the connection is disabled.
Feelin' kinda stupid.
