What if you could transfer XP from your Knight to your Runner, so he doesn't have to spend years in combat and all that stuff... So, if your knight got 50 XP left over, he could just transfer them to the runner, so that he would become part of the team..

... Read. This. Post. Now.
And I'd say it's a good addition to the game as it it's saving players a heck of time and cash.

Could work.
Oh, and... please, let's be able to switch between runners n knights while in a VIP room. It pisses me off that, after a long time in a VIP room, sometimes costing hundreds of ¥,it tells me that I don't have the hardware because I entered with the runner!!!

Oh, and... If you are consulting a person in the VIP room frequently, it shows up more often/earlier. Or you could pay some guy to inform you when that person enters the VIP room and you're not in it...

Jacob - thanks for the suggestion, I added #CK-2006. Cory and I will review this one -- when a data courier job is offered, it will check if the other team members have the headware.

Ah, why ''Ignore'' doesn't work at all? I mean, when I click ''ignore''in a VIP Room, and then I click on ''Listen'' or ''Get a drink'', it sometimes pulls the same guy back into the VIP room. It just grabs him/her on the neck and pulls them back, and that means that I've wasted 10 bucks. Now it happens every time I press one of the two buttons, and that just makes no sense. Put the ignored person on a list, and when ''get a drink''or the like is pressed, check if the person is on the list. If yes, do nothing and keep him out. If not, invite in with a free beer.

Jacob - at this time, the best suggestion I can give if annoys you is to let the room fill up and not click ignore. We are working on enhancing Backrooms.
