Streets VIP lounge to sell new matrix armour?

The Streets VIP lounges are full of hackers and people trying to sell you decks.

We have Zorn and Porta-Zuka who want to sell you things that you could buy at Back Bay Importers.
We have Hellion, who has the nice stuff that duplicates Mars Corp Importers.
We have a hacker, named Dark Mouse who is really a data hound. She wants Blue Ox paydata.
We have Vermillion and Eye Sky who want to sell you a terrible 1 job computer for a high price.

Shouldn't somebody in this place want to sell you the new matrix armour?

I back you up on these grävling ! I'm still hanging around in back-rooms and there are plenty of guys up there who could sell the program (s ?). It would make sense in my opinion if a hard to know hacker in streets VIP lounge (or elsewhere for that matter) could sell it.
