Hi all, If anyone has been following todays Trese Brothers Twitter feed, an interesting proposition came up - What UI tweaks would you like to see? As we all know, like always, as each game has improved and updated, we have always and still do see graphical updates as their games become closer and closer to an original vision. This is one aspect I do enjoy about the Trese Brother's games...new and updated GFX go a long way to not only refresh a game, but I'm guessing as their art skills improve, it's only right they'd want to return to an older game and bring it up to the level of their current games. I think most of all Templar Assault has had the most graphical updates compared to the others - might need clarification on that one - So getting back to the UI, well as a quick mock-up I came up with this.... My attempt at a 'neon' button-like glow for the selected Templar, and a more 'TA' inspired zoom slider. Two areas I feel have room for a refresh. The Zoom Slider being a button I feel ALL their games that use it need an update, so it doesn't look like an after-thought. Regards

The Twitter feed is a great place to keep up with us -- hope everyone will join in. Per Northlander74's suggestion, we have already added an extra highlight to the current Templar and are working on the background to the slider too.

fallen your screenshot looks just like on my Galaxy S3: The slider and turn/special/weapon selection buttons are aligned a bit low. It doesn't impact gameplay, but it would be nicer if they were a tiny bit higher :-) Also, there is an ugly black space below the templar portraits that would look *much* better with templar portraits in it. Two more should do it.

I was sure we could squeeze in at least 3 templar portraits in there ... why have 6 squaddies killing Xenos when 7 could do the same job. We are an equal opportunity employer, and let's face it, anyone who only pays in honor is pretty savvy!

I like Northlander74's mock-up quite a lot. The little border that was added around the zoom slider makes it look much nicer, so any kind of decoration around it would help it look more integrated into the UI. I also really like seeing the games get made over as the skills evolve. It's hard to believe the TA/CK/ST are the same games that we had when they first released. The evolution is half the fun
