How is Prestige calculated?

I'm going to update the help file with the equation ... but... Kills / 10 Levels / 2 + 50 per campaign * just found the first bug, in release mode it is +20 per campaign

Knights get max of 50 Captains get max of 100
This means larger more broadly experienced squads will be required to achieve maximum prestige.

Thoughts ... it seems very easy to get max Prestige in a very short amount of time ... Even with the +20 per campaign, you could get your knights to max 50 in 2 campaigns, and that's if they are bumbling around. Example, Siege of Roavin, with a Neptune Level 1 20 kills Level 2 15 kills Level 3 24 kills Level 4 16 kills Level 5 12 kills Level 6 18 kills
Prestige = 105/10 kills 6/2 levels 20 (1 campaign) 33 prestige points for one campaign.
Either ditch the campaign points or make it less (max 10), increase kills/point from 10/1 to 20/1, and increase levels from 2/1 to 4/1. Otherwise you'll very quickly get your entire squad to 50.

No one yet has said they have anywhere near maximum tho, which would be 1,250 today?
You could get 4 Knights to 50 in 2 campaigns and you need 15 Knights...

Hee hee .. challenge excepted, although I'd need to use my other squad on the other phone (I've been using the Tutorial Squad that I bought through the challenge, and I've been neglecting Hicks, Vasquez, Hudson, Ripley and the rest).

Prestige = 105/10 kills 6/2 levels 20 (1 campaign) 33 prestige points for one campaign. The campaign bonus is for the squad, not each Templar. So in your example, it'd be 13 prestige, 25% of the max. And if your Neptune is hogging all the kills, your other Templars will need more campaigns to max out.

You tell that to the Hydras (when the scoring is fixed) PS ... thanks for the clarification though

Correct -- individual Templars only gain their own prestige for kills and level's survived. So, it definitely takes some time to "max them out." So, in your example slayernz, I think the Neptune would walk with 13 Prestige, tho the whole squad would be +50. Still, if the Neptune "hogged all the kills" then his squad mates might not Prestige-up. The most Prestigious squads will be those with a full compliment of Knights of any sort, all with maxed Prestige, and those who have conquered every campaign at least once.

Cool, can't wait till this update get onto Amazon. I wasn't sure what Prestige was all about, until I checked the other thread. This actually got me going back to ST cause I don't want to play anymore TA levels and not get an prestige for it!

You will get Prestige just fine in the old version, since it's based on stats that are already in the game: total kills and missions for Templars and completed campaigns for your team.
An experienced squad will start out with quite high Prestige as soon as you get the new version.

Finally got the update from Amazon today. I hope the next one doesn't take this long or my Hydra is going to go set Amazon on fire unless they give him double Honor for all the days he missed out on.
