This release represents some major changes to the game play, Encounter system, and character start. We'd love all feedback!

Absolutely loving the new interface for encounters! Not only do I like the choose your own adventure element (loved those books as a kid) but also making it clear & precise what stats I should be putting my exp towards.

I am glad we hit our goals. How do you like the "chained" encounters? When one Encounter has the chance of leading straight into another (a developing situation...)?

I've been quietly playing and watching the boards for some time now. This update with the revamped encounter system is the largest and most welcome overhaul by far. I was also very pleased with the custom difficulty. I loved brutal but building a punk from nothing is tedious. Being born rich is definitely excellent and gets u mixing it up with corp deathsqauds much quicker.
Long story short I was compelled to make a profile and tell u what a rock solid game u have. I wish u guys much success and look forward to seeing where the new encounters lead me. Heck maybe I'll live to play it all through. But I doubt it. You've made gambling my charcters life on big jobs far to entertaining already.
Keep it up chummers.

grifter - thank you for making a profile to share your compliments. It is hard to underestimate how much a share like that raises energy here at TB HQ and drives us to work harder! There are more exciting Encounters coming up! EDIT: I too loooove this game. So much fun to play. Maybe that's why it keeps getting better, I can't stop.

Actually I would like to say that now you have made this game more descriptive with the encounters I am beginning to see the game as I hoped it would become. Not wishing to disrespect Shadowrun returns as it is a great achievement by its developers, I actually like the more realistic and true to Cyberpunk game you are creating. I as a player for 15 of my 39 years of Cyberpunk 2020 and a reader of all of William Gibson's works, I have to say this is exactly what I have been searching for, for years. I hope it continues in this vein and you continue to work at it with all the enthusiasm you seem to always throw into your games.

slitherboy - thanks for the encouragement! The Encounter system needed to be upgraded from its beta incarnation to the full design we had cooked years ago. We are glad it has brought so much interest and excitement to the community! There is more coming, my friend. Some really interesting job-aware Encounters will be in the next release! Then Rumor/Conflict aware Encounters are coming up after that.

That sounds exceedingly good, as most players of games, including me, like to actively see the effects they are having on the world they are interacting with. I hope you continue with the vision you have for Cyber Knights, it has been a long process for you all I know and you are pleasing more people than you probably realise with the work you do. Anyway enough boosting of egos 'gets the whip out' give us more of what we want. P.S tell amazon to get a move on with their sanctioning of updates, I have your games on an independent and also a amazon device (elite of course) but I prefer my kindle fire hd to play your games on. I know it's out of your control but the updates are at least quicker now so to help (maybe) I will be leaving a glowing review on Amazon (love their devices hate their company). Damn I wish more developers were like the Trese Brothers.
