Jacob, the game uses Google's licensing cache system thingy. When a new version of the game is released, the game will *always* require a check with the Play store. After you have checked once, then the results of that check is stored in the local cache so you don't need to have a network connection to play. If you don't like being caught out, set the apps to manual update rather than auto update. Then, when you've manually updated your game, you just need to start the game up once, and that's it, license has been revalidated and you're good to go.

slayernz - thanks for the great explanation. Easy answer = every time you get an update on a game, open it and play for 2 seconds. Try to resist playing for 2 hours. I know I fail that second check all the time.

I've been playing CK .15 for shine days now, there was no need for an update ... nor say was there ever one.... so there was no need tizz check if I bought the elite version...
