So, while hunting for treasure I ran into a small tiling problem on the last mission of Infernus System Rescue, mission name Rubicon Run. It's down near the extraction point, and I've highlighted it in the screenshot. I believe it's just north of the extraction point. The tiling problem. Where I'm pretty sure it's located on the map.

There are a few glitches on the levels within ISR, especially things like Xeno's being able to walk through closed doors (and you are too), and Primary Objectives still being optional in "Airlock Access".

Actually, now that you mention it, in the first mission you gain access to the command deck you can walk through "sealed" doors. The three sealed airlocks that lock the bridge away are actually passable and I spent a good 15 turns or so walking my captain around up there looking for secrets (none found )

When you're hunting for hidden objects, things like broken doors get found pretty quickly
