Unable to get to Canal Tunnels

Hello to All,

I am unable to progress into the Canal Tunnels area to complete quests and jobs. I have walked all over the I-93 tunnel area and the only area that even gives me feedback in the north road area of the map. I have to taxi card everyone I talk to says I'm not ready for additional content. Yet all the jobs and the one quest I have leads me to the Canal Tunnels. Can anyone help me?

quixfire - there is an Exit marked on the west side of the map. Easiest way to get there is to use your "Smart Exit" button ... simply long-press on the green arrow that floats on the left (west) side of your screen and your Knight will do the rest!
