Hi,
You've done a great job recreating and expanding on the old Space Hulk concept - and in fact I wouldn't mind porting your version over to miniatures! However, I have two questions about things that are still a bit unclear:
1: How many times do you get to use a Special Ability? It seems random, maybe 2-3 times max?
2: The online guide says that defense is based on Strength + Evasion, but comments here suggest that it's split: Ranged Defense is Quickness + Evasion and Melee Defense is Strength + Warrior? That would make melee defense the same stat as melee offense?

brothercat - welcome to the forum and thanks for the post! Special abilities can be used 3 times per level. This reminds me we were planning on adding some more war gear that would increase that number for a given level. I have added ticket #TA-2138 to the roadmap to get that done. Your read on the Defensive equations is correct -- Strength + Warrior are used for Melee Defense. I will try to clean up the help file on this subject!

Thanks for the quick reply! I thought that there was already some wargear that improves SA's? Isn't there a comm set that gives the exo-scout +1 use and increased range?
