Want a Heat-Tolerant Taxi Driver

I am playing MnB, and getting killed a lot, and really missing having a taxi driver that will drive into heat. I keep getting stuck in River Park, and then trying and failing to sneak through Mars. To get a heat-resistant I am dependant on getting a lucky drop of King or Jennings, and, well, it just isn't happening.

So I had an idea. How about turning Benni's chip into one that you can collect in a random drop, and then go pick up King's at Rico's Boat Serve?

Or a new one accessible through a ladder (like los V for example) ?
But I think we all miss one heat resistant taxi (maybe he could be more expensive to compensate for resistance).
